However, I made it through the heat and completed the class and felt good about it afterwards. I'm not nearly as strong or as flexible as I was last summer when I took a couple of months of Bikram classes. But I can remember how much I improved in just a couple of months, and figure that, especially by going every morning, I should be back to the same level in a few weeks.
Afterwards I came home, showered, ate breakfast, and checked email/fb/rss, and then went to get a massage. It was probably the most painfully awesome massage I've had yet. The focus was on my shoulders and neck, and boy were they tight. But that was the reason I went in, because they've been really achy recently since I tend to carry all of my stress in my shoulders. As I've started becoming more aware of my shoulders I've also realized how often my movements begin from my shoulders even when they have no reason to. So I'm going to try to get better about not doing that.
So now I feel healthy, relaxed and ready to get to work... or at least almost ready...
